Points to Note



In the event of an accident, please contact the District Secretary for an Accident Report Form.


If there is an accident, you must, where practicable, arrange for an Accident Report Form to be completed by the rider.  If this cannot be done due to injury, Event Secretaries must complete the form.


One copy of the accident report form must be sent to the National Secretary and another to the District Secretary, within fourteen days after the date of the accident.


It is most important that you note, for administrative purposes, details of an accident in the event of a claim under insurance, or should solicitors acting for the rider consult you.




If as a promoter of an event, you are in doubt on any aspect of your duties or responsibilities, or there are late problems with the course, please do not hesitate to contact one of the district officials
